I applied online, and a couple of weeks later, I got a call from a recruiter to schedule a phone screen. I also asked if being on a student visa would be a problem, and the recruiter said no.

FLEXIBILITY!
Cons: Some of the VPs in technology are rude. It feels like a boy's club to female leaders. If you don't join them, then you're a problem child.
Depending on the system of unstable legacy applications that you support, the hours are unpredictable. Most managers will make sure you use your PTO to avoid burnout. Flex days are available as well.
The ISMs are dead, which is completely a con.
