Process
I applied on the company's website through LinkedIn. It was mentioned on the company's site that they contact every candidate. A recruiter called me after 2 weeks, and the call went well. After a few days, she left me a voice message that I was not selected.
It was really nice of them to inform me in a timely manner, but if I wasn't considered for this position, then it was a wastage of time on both sides. I would suggest they just drop an email or message if someone is not considered.
