After an HR screening call, I had a telephonic discussion with one of their architects. It was nothing but a sanity check call.

After that, they invited me for a face-to-face interview at their Detroit location. I was grilled by five developers on various technical topics for one hour.

Their focus is more on personality, behavior, and dress, not on technical or business skills.

They rejected me because of my employment gaps and freelance background.

They will tell their status only via phone, because something is wrong with them.
