Software Engineer Interview Experience - Detroit, Michigan

Process

A recruiter contacted me from a post I made on another website. This was for a remote position, and the process is:

  1. Initial contact with the recruiter.
  2. Phone interview with a programmer and a manager.
  3. In-person interview.

Be forewarned, the recruiter did ghost me / go radio silent after step 2. My feeling is, if I wasn't a right fit, I'd rather get an email or call. Simply based on that, I would stay away.
