Pros: Good benefits and work culture.

Cons: There are not many growth opportunities, and there have been massive layoffs recently.

Pros: Offices are nice physical spaces.

Cons: Sub-standard pay. Reliance on interns during periods of high inflation and high interest rates, where prospects of hiring any intern were openly discussed as impossible. Complete lack of leadership! Lack of advancement opportunities. Dishonest business practices. Enormous egos in leadership. Frequent restructures, renames, and rebrands to avoid legal and financial consequences. Leaders openly mocked technologies used by their own company, creating a tense environment and showcasing favoritism.

Pros: Some of the best colleagues that I’ve met are from this company, offering great work life balance and PTO.

Cons: Frequent layoffs have always been an issue.
