The interviewer was really nice. Basic questions were asked in the first phone interview, drawn from the resume. Also, she described what the company does and what the job is about. In the second phone interview, there were more technical questions about past projects and behavioral questions.

Cons: Some of the VPs in technology are rude. It feels like a boy's club to female leaders. If you don't join them, then you're a problem child. Depending on the system of unstable legacy applications that you support, the hours are unpredictable. Most managers will make sure you use your PTO to avoid burnout. Flex days are available as well. The ISMs are dead, which is completely a con.
