Two rounds of telephone interviews were conducted. The first was with a recruiter asking basic questions and giving information about the job and company. The second was a conference call with five or so people, asking deeper questions around work history and experience. Then, I was invited in for an on-site interview in Detroit.

Provide an example where your opinion conflicted with a colleague's in the past and how you went about resolving it.

Provide examples of projects worked on in the past. Go into detail on the stacks used and explain the decision-making process.

Other questions were a balance between determining soft and hard skills.
