Software Quality Engineer Interview Experience - Detroit, Michigan
Process
The interview process was really good and quick. The interviewers were really friendly and understanding. I had:
- One phone screen with HR
- A technical phone interview
- A HackerRank test submitted before the in-person interview
The interview panel was around 7-8 people from different teams, and they mostly looked for if you are a cultural fit.
I interviewed for the SQE position and was mostly asked about my overall understanding of processes, agile methodologies, and past experiences.
There were mostly behavioral questions, and there was also time given at the end to ask them questions.
Overall, it was a great experience.
