Phone call from a recruiter. I liked the conversation and agreed to take the interview.
The first phone interview was simple and nothing challenged me. Then came the onsite interview for more than four hours. First, there were two team leaders, and then it looked like the entire team from Canada. I think this team is new, and I don't even know what they are looking for, especially for a senior position.
After that, they interviewed me for another one-hour phone interview, but I had already decided not to join this company, so I didn't take this interview seriously.
The reasons are: I don't think this is the right position for me because:
My advice is, if you are senior, make sure what you are looking for exactly matches the position and the team is here in the US. And ask the recruiter who you are interviewing with.
