I applied online for the Technology Team Lead position, and the recruiter got back to me after almost a month. She scheduled the first telephonic screening. It was all behavioral questions, and she said she would get back to me after two days for the next process. The Quicken Loans process is: first round, behavioral with the recruiter; then the second round with the HR manager for another behavioral questions; and then the final round with the Director/Project Manager.
