I loved my nearly 7 years at Rocket Mortgage. I left during the buyout of 2023 only because I wanted to experience a new challenge.
I loved the ISMs, and they still drive my thinking and leadership decisions even though I am no longer at the company.
As the company changed from a private to a public company, there were some culture changes, not all of them for the betterment of the team members, but this is expected as companies go public.
