Pros: Solid technologies and modern processes. Lots of competent engineers and management. It is a mortgage company, but there is a big emphasis on technology.
Cons: On-call weeks can be a drag, involving getting alerts and being tethered to a laptop. While on-call, you may need to do 1-3 deployments per on-call week after hours. This can be 40 minutes multiple hours each.
