It depends on the team you are hired for.
Sometimes there are too many things and stuff to do and manage.
I applied for the position online. I got a call from a hiring manager within maybe a week. He called me in the morning and scheduled a telephonic interview for the afternoon on the same day. He called me in the afternoon and asked me questions like
One coding test with a video explanation, and a 1 hour 30 minute interview. Most of the questions were on AWS architectures and the design of pipelines end-to-end. There were also challenging coding questions with test cases.
The interview process was smooth and took about one month. However, after the final interview, the recruiter called and told me, "The panel was impressed by your background, but other senior folk were selected this time. Sorry."
