While their response to the application was quick, they had me interview with someone who didn't know the aspects of the job. When I was denied, it was for an arbitrary, blanket reason.

I have seen similar reviews like this on Glassdoor, but I want to make sure this gets noticed and helps others when they apply to this company. Firstly, the recruitment process at Quicken Loans is really bad. I'm not sure how this company is ranked

The recruiter called me, then sent me a link to do a recorded one-way interview. The site gave me 10 minutes to answer 5 questions. I only had 24-48 hours to complete the one-way interview assignment.
