Good earning potential. A relatively stable industry; although rates fluctuate, people will always need to buy and sell houses. Good company values or "ISMs" when they are actually followed (see Cons for more). Recent all-company meetings have featured concerts from Snoop Dogg and Eminem.
Your experience depends entirely on your leader. Most are only looking out for themselves and will throw you under the bus at the drop of a hat. The company has great values, but most leaders only follow the ISMs when it benefits them directly. Leadership is extremely top heavy with a ton of micro management. After Rocket had its best year ever in 2021, there were massive layoffs every year since: 2022, 2023 (twice), 2024, and 2025 (twice).
Actually follow the ISMs. Most team members realize leadership only cares about the ISMs for virtue signaling rather than actually following Dan Gilbert's values.
Having mandatory training on what it means to be a "Compassionate Trailblazer" and then rushing to punish and fire Team Members for an honest mistake immediately afterwards -- ignoring every single point in the training -- is not a good look.

It was a 30-minute formal conversation with HR. The interview mainly focused on behavioral questions. The interviewer tried to understand my interest in the organization and focused on my resume to get more information about my work. It was a very
Standard intro phone interview, get to know you. Take-home programming question. Create an app and present results from an API to the end user. It wasn't difficult, but it did take up an evening, so a few hours.
