It was an in-depth process.
There was one introductory interview, then a coding interview, and then one with the VP. Unfortunately, I think they wasted my time. I did everything and had to take a day off work for the interview. Then they told me they were happy with everything but wouldn't hire me as their company restructured.

Strong learning environment: frequent opportunities for mentorship, training, and exposure to senior leadership.
Cons: A fast-paced environment means priorities can shift quickly, so you need to be adaptable.
As with many growing tech firms, documentation or standardization in some internal processes could be improved.

Great Team, Terrible Leadership

Pros: Excellent people who are doing the real work.
Cons: The leadership has failed, is failing, or will fail their employees.
Useless and arrogant managers are maintained in high positions. Every day, they wield their power like clowns, lacking any solid ideas.
The rotten hierarchy will soon be visible to investors. Don't think the RSU or option can reach the price they promised to you.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
