The interview process starts with a "glorified" IQ and personality test. I imagine it's purely used to cut down the stack of people they need to go through.
Following this is a one-way interview where you answer behavioral questions to a camera.
After completing these (approximately 1-2 weeks), you receive a take-home technical assessment, which is fairly simple.
One more week after finishing that, you finally get to schedule a real technical interview and behavioral interview.
The technical interview used technologies that were not really emphasized in the take-home assessment, and the behavioral interviewer was a bit too confrontational.
Overall, it left a bit of a sour taste after a month-long interview process.
