Pros: - High focus on the mission of recovery for any data loss.
- Stellar Sales team and Product support teams.
- Initial GTM (go-to-market) product was great.
- Very good compensation for entry-level engineers in India, which attracts good talent.
Cons: The company needs more very good mid-level experience, 8 to 15 years, that brings in experience as well as energy.
The number of top-level ICs is good, which brings in experience, and the entry levels are very good, which brings in energy; more of a blend of both is good.

Pros: They pay really well. I was offered more than I asked for, and that has honestly never happened to me before.
Cons: From managers hiring and favoring friends and family to clear confusion about what country this company is actually in (not India) – this company has its core values all wrong. People are everything, at least in the US, and this company creates a toxic environment and a moral sinkhole with its current practices.
