I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn, which was followed by a phone call.

She arranged my first phone screen round shortly. The interview went well, and I received an email within an hour to schedule the virtual onsite rounds.

I asked to split the interviews over two days, and that request was accepted. They split my four rounds of interviews into two days.

On the first day, the second interviewer ghosted me. The recruiter called me later, saying the interviewer had urgent work and could not join. They scheduled it again.

All the interview rounds went well for me, as far as I understand. However, I definitely fell short somewhere because I did not get the offer.

The most dissatisfying aspect was receiving the rejection email after the onsite through a "no-reply" email account. This was disheartening, especially compared to the communication carried out by the recruiter's official email throughout the process.

If an interviewee reaches the onsite rounds, I believe it is their right to be informed professionally, not like this.
