It was a pretty standard FAANG interview of three rounds. Often, we are asked about OS and system design in the interviews. There wasn't much of an HR round; rather, there was a hiring manager round, which was more of an onboarding session.

Pros: Dedicated mentorship, quick ramp-up, and working on significant projects very early on. Compensation is better than anywhere else I've seen. Very fast growth and potential.
Cons: Slightly longer hours than somewhere like Google.
