I really pity the sad state of this software industry and worry too. A bunch of Leetcoders have made it uglier. Just mug up the solutions from LeetCode, and you can make it to any company. You deserve no respect if you haven't seen the questions before and tried hard to reach the solution. Nobody values the power of the CPU in your brain. Only the memory in your brain matters these days.
Not only this company, but even the companies I have cleared or currently work for are in the same state.
FYI: I cleared the interview and still hate the process (hatred is not specific to this company).
