The experience was comfortable and seamless. The HR representative was very helpful throughout the process. The technical interview was challenging and intense. They completed all interviews within two weeks, taking my schedule into consideration.

Initial screening with a recruiter. We spoke about my experience, interests, and why Rubrik. Discussion on next interview steps. One system coding round, and then four interviews onsite if you pass this round.

The interview process included: * Two phone interviews * One day of onsite interviews with three whiteboard sessions. I had lunch with engineers, and the CEO and VP were present, eating alongside us. It was a really close-knit and warm environment.
