The India office is not a good place for senior engineers. The place is full of junior developers who are overpaid and not good enough.
You can expect very low career growth, and any learning you do is self-learning.
There is no learning from peers at all. Work is mostly what the US office doesn't want to do. All product managers are in the US, so expect late-night calls too.
Indian managers are just average at best.
