Don't recommend this to a QE SDET team
Nice benefits: Free:

Other than benefits, I didn't find anything nice to stay there for long. Many people started quitting the QE team. Only people who are respected are those who have been there from the start of the company. I don't recommend a QE to join this.
Stop politics and start looking at, and working on, the reasons for people leaving the company.
