They pay really well. I was offered more than I asked for, and that has honestly never happened to me before.
From managers hiring and favoring friends and family to clear confusion about what country this company is actually in (not India) – this company has its core values all wrong. People are everything, at least in the US, and this company creates a toxic environment and a moral sinkhole with its current practices.
