Rubrik

This was a concurrency and thread-focused coding round, non-LeetCode style. The questions were difficult. Sometimes, within the same problem, you might be asked to implement trivial thread-safe data structures instead of using built-ins, and then us

I interviewed with Rubrik in August 2020. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and scheduled the first screening round. He told me that it would be based on concurrency programming, so I took about a week to brush up on multithreading concepts.

The first round was a coding interview, and you could use the language of your choice. The focus was on implementing low-level distributed systems and having a discussion on the same. There was also a shadow on the interview panel to help with that.
