Good compensation, skilled peers, and lots of learning opportunities.
Bad code in places. High workload.
My interview experience was overall nice. The bar for the level of interview questions was also high. I also got the result just 2-3 days after the interview. There were 2 algorithmic rounds and 1 project-based round. All rounds were 1:1.
There was one online assessment, which I passed. Then, I had a phone screening round with HR, where she told me about the company and explained the process to me. This was followed by a technical live coding interview round.
It was a pretty straightforward process: OA -> Recruiter Call -> Technical 1 -> Technical 2 + Behavioral back-to-back. Everything happened in about three weeks. The technical rounds are pretty difficult, ranging from Leetcode Medium-Hard to Hard prob
