It is very hard to make changes to some of the core components due to heavily coupled systems. There is no clear vision on what the platform should look like, at least it is not widely shared.

Software Engineer
Helpful recruiter and a good interview experience in line for the job role. I had four rounds of interviews, all of which were technical. The questions asked were of moderate to hard difficulty.

The first round was a coding interview, and you could use the language of your choice. The focus was on implementing low-level distributed systems and having a discussion on the same. There was also a shadow on the interview panel to help with that.
