I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.
I had a great interview experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, well-organized, and highly professional. The recruitment team was on top of things. They kept me in the loop with clear and timely updates, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn. She was super nice and well-organized and explained the whole process in detail. The team was super flexible with my timeline, which I really appreciated.
We started with a video call for the coding interview, focusing on a code sample review about some of my open-source work, followed by a sync with the recruiter with updates and feedback. Then I had 6 virtual onsite meetings where I had the opportunity to meet with the CEO, CTO, Head of People, and Head of Engineering, and another deep-dive ML interview where I talked about a couple of machine learning projects that I have worked on and chat with researchers on the team.
Everyone I spoke with was so warm and welcoming. We had some great conversations, and I could tell they genuinely love what they do. Overall, I had a wonderful experience interviewing at Runway and I am super excited to join the team in their journey!
