Process

Applied through referral.

Received a call for a phone interview, which focused mostly on Java and String manipulations.

The coding round was conducted in CodeCollaborator.

Received calls for onsite interviews, which took place on a Saturday. Many new graduates were present for interviews that day. There were four rounds of interviews:

  1. Programming: Implementing String functions in Java, writing test cases, and running the code.
  2. Testing questions.
  3. Manager round.
  4. Algorithm design round on a board.

I performed well in all rounds except the algorithm design round, but I received an offer and accepted it.

Questions

Implement substring in Java and run your code in Eclipse using assert functions.
