The interview process was straightforward.
Initially, I had a phone screen, miraculously occurring a couple of hours after submitting my application.
The phone screen was great; the recruiter was extremely cordial.
A week later, I spoke to an upper manager who laid out the job details.
A couple of weeks after that, I went in for an on-site interview.
The interview focused more on cultural fit and job enthusiasm than on vetting skills.
I had a few video conferences; each interviewer was great and very easy to talk to.
