Pros: You will find great individual contributors to work with.
Work is good in some teams, but not in all teams.
Good work-life balance.
Good pay.
Cons: - Some managers say trust is the No. 1 priority, but they don't seem to trust their employees.
- Some managers don't encourage OOM (Out of Management) and trouble employees who try to move to other teams through OOM.
- Managers are hardly technical and fear giving technically challenging work to the Hyderabad center.
- Some managers favor selected employees and provide them with favors. Managers are hiring their relatives in their hierarchy, which should not be allowed.
