My interview process included a phone discussion with a recruiter, a 30-minute phone discussion with the Hiring Manager, and a 5-hour video onsite interview with the hiring team to deep dive into my experience. It actually took two weeks for the hiring process to move to the next step after I had my 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager.
