A phone screen with HR.
Then a Google Hangouts interview with the one who would be my supervisor (technical).
Then three Google Hangouts interviews with senior leaders (non-technical).
Then a "Dragon's Den" type interview, done at the Salesforce office. This was a group interview with the entire team (some were in-person, most were on a Hangout) where I was asked to "pitch" an innovative piece of work that I had done in the past few years. This involved making a few slides, presenting the tech and the impact of my idea, and answering questions from the team. I doubt this "Dragon's Den" part is typical of technical role interviews at Salesforce, however the department I was interviewing for depends heavily on the ability to present comprehensively on tech work.
Finally, a last Google Hangout interview with my boss's boss's boss (my great-grandboss).
What is a piece of work you are particularly proud of?
