The Salesforce interview process was one of the smartest and coolest. The process started with a call from Recruiter, Jai. He was an awesome recruiter who helped me understand the process, the role, and the openings available. I picked the matching opening he had, and he routed my resume to the hiring manager. After the hiring manager interview (45 minutes), I was given an assignment to finish in 3 hours. I took the assignment on my weekend, and after the assignment evaluation, the recruiter called me and informed me that the team wanted to move forward. Then there was a technical round followed by an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of 6 rounds, mainly whiteboarding and system design. All the panel members were smart and nice enough to explore the best out of me. After the onsite, the recruiter called me and said the team wanted to give the offer. During the entire process, Jai acted as the bridge, and he made sure I was most comfortable in all the phases. I accepted the offer after a week.
Mainly LeetCode medium-level problems, behavioral questions, and two rounds of system design.
