Amazing interview process. They make you comfortable so that they can get the best out of you. The best part is that the questions were related to real-time examples. I enjoyed it a lot. The recruiter was the best; she exactly knew the requirement and helped me get the best offer.

Solid place to work. A lot of enterprise-y processes and a lot of reorganizations

Pros: The people there were wonderful. Although I had six managers in over three years of working there, all of them were thoughtful and empathetic, and most of them were actually excellent people managers as well. I got to work on some interesting problems there.
Cons: There were a lot of heavy, enterprise-level processes. Using GUS for managing issues was a nightmare. I think I was part of three or four significant reorgs, which was also challenging.
