Marketing Automation Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

June 1, 2016
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

I applied through a recruiter.

I had:

  • One phone interview with the recruiter.
  • One phone interview with the hiring manager.
  • One on-site interview with members of the team.

When I showed up for the last interview, the overall feel in the air was, "we are too good for you." That was disappointing.

Regardless of whether I got an offer or not, I would have expected a better experience interviewing at such a big company.

Overall, a very junior team asking junior questions. They would not hire for potential. The whole process took an entire month; they moved very slowly.
