It was nice and very straightforward.
HR staff were always in contact, keeping me informed throughout the hiring process.
Interviews, both in-office and remote, were good.

Good overall experience for Argentina
Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee
Buenos Aires, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

Pros: For the context I worked at (a full-time position directly in Argentina), it's a great place! It probably has the best perks any non-remote job can offer you: great offices, great teams, and benefits (RSUs are pretty much unheard of here).
Cons: The actual recession was a big reason why I left. You could feel the budget being cut with hiring freezes, no year-end parties, and now they started letting some people go in the first week of January 2023.
