The first response from the recruiter after resume submission was within two days and was to schedule a screening call. The recruiter screening call occurred within about a week. The second call was a week later with the hiring manager and was a brief screening on skills and experience, but was more of a culture/fit check (scheduled for 45 minutes but did not take the full time). The subsequent call was a skills assessment with the Architect panel.

For the architect panel, I was given a week to put together a presentation (and was given a branded slide deck) and a demonstration of a real solution I designed and built. Questions focused on the approach to the project.
