Submitted resume online (since I didn't see the campus recruiter at the campus career fair) and received an email about one month later. Scheduled a first phone interview with an LMTS (Lead Manufacturing Technician - Staff) for a Quality Engineer role. The interview was scheduled for 45 minutes but actually lasted only 30 minutes. We discussed some questions about my past experience from my resume and one simple array processing coding question. Then, I was asked to perform some tests on the code.
Received another email that evening and scheduled a second phone interview, which was one week later. The second interview was with the manager of the team I would be joining. It lasted the full 45 minutes, discussing one of my past projects and especially focusing on how I find problems and test them. Then, a classic brainstorm question was asked.
Received an offer that evening via a recruiter's phone call. The recruiter team from Salesforce was very helpful throughout the entire process.
How to find a special weight ball from 8 balls, while the other 7 have the same weight, using a balance? (All balls are the same color, shape, etc.) The trick is that you don't know if the special ball is lighter or heavier.
