I got an interview as a referral from a friend.
I had three phone interviews since I was not from the area. They asked me mostly about my experience on my resume.
Then they flew me in for an all-day on-site interview. They asked me some basic questions about how to handle certain situations that can happen on the job and some basic problem-solving problems. All the interviewers seemed very busy and were rushing through the process. Some of the original interviewers I was supposed to meet could not show up and had to call me another day to question me. Overall, everyone was friendly and seemed focused on whether I was a cultural fit for the company.
