- 3.0Good Pay, Lacking StockSenior Database Administrator • Current EmployeeSan Francisco, California, United StatesJuly 7, 2023Pros: Base pay is good. Benefits are also good.Cons: No stock refreshes. No fixed bonus.
- 4.0Great company and benefitsSenior Database Administrator • Former EmployeeLondon, England, United KingdomNovember 13, 2017Pros: - Great benefits - Amazing London location - Great job security - Good work/life balanceCons: So many parts to the company that different clouds feel like a different business. Quite slow-paced if you're used to start-ups. A lot of bureaucracy. Difficult to feel involved if you're a remote worker.
- 1.0Best place to work yourself to death?Engineer • Former EmployeeLondon, England, United KingdomMarch 16, 2017Pros: Free fruit, free coffee, free chocolate. You learn many technical skills. It's a good company to have on your CV.Cons: 8 cases per day is unmanageable. Exhausted to such an extent that you have no energy to even go out on the weekends. Salesforce is all work and more work, with unrealistic figures made up on the fly. It is pure exploitation, and I resigned for the simple reason that it took a toll on my health. You can't keep up this pace without screwing your health. It's a good name to have on your CV. Stay a year and leave if you care about your well-being.
