One of the best interview experiences I had, and a very straightforward process.

The internal recruiter did a great job, and I was relaxed and comfortable when I went through the interviews.

Initial conversation was a phone screening with the recruiter, followed by a brief Hangout session with the hiring manager. After this, I had an online programming test.

After passing it, I proceeded to a technical interview with three members of the team. The interviewers were very focused, and the questions were relevant to the requirements of the role. No tech questions about everything under the sun; they were just making sure I, the interviewee, had knowledge of the requirements at hand.

I had one final interview with the hiring manager, who was more looking for team and cultural fit.

The recruiter was prompt in providing post-interview feedback during each stage of the process. An offer was extended 3-4 days after the interview.

The whole process was very fast and a pleasant experience.
