Great overall experience. I interviewed with eight different individuals over the entire process, which gave me a very good picture of the team I would be working with, as well as allowed them to get a well-rounded understanding of who I am and my strengths.

I spoke with a good mix of individuals from different disciplines and different career stages. Everyone I spoke with was very sharp and impressed me with their passion for Salesforce. Everyone did a great job making the interviews flow like a conversation.

A big chunk of the interview questions focused on technical/software development. I received a wide range of questions, including writing functions to solve algorithms on a whiteboard, explaining how web/APIs work in depth, and discussing challenges/solutions for high scalability problems.

Another huge part of the interview focus was cultural fit. I was very glad to see this focus, as a big part of my interest in joining Salesforce is the culture. There were many questions about what is important to me when being part of a team, how I would handle difficult situations, conflicting points of view, prioritization challenges, etc.

The recruiters did a great job with communication throughout the process. I received an offer very quickly. The offer was strong from the outset, and I was able to negotiate for a bit more.

Overall, a great experience, and I am looking forward to joining the team.
