Generally okay, and relatively easier compared with other big-name companies. The interview process consisted of two rounds of whiteboard coding and two rounds of discussion (your previous projects, etc.). For some whiteboard questions, I felt the interviewer had not thoroughly considered all the requirements, edge cases, or solutions. When I pointed out some issues, the interviewer realized the problems and seemed surprised. I believe Salesforce could improve this by adopting a more standardized hiring process, similar to Google's, which defines specific rounds for whiteboard coding, system design, and leadership.
