Process
I spoke with the hiring manager and was asked to complete a two-hour RPT.
Afterward, the recruiter contacted me and requested an on-site interview with all five team members.
The on-site interview proceeded well, with the exception of one session. I had difficulty understanding a non-native team member's accent, which led to a mistake on the first question. This caused him to question my skills.
I followed up with the recruiter two days later, and she conveyed the feedback.
