I received a request from a recruiter on LinkedIn for an Infrastructure team. I requested to schedule a phone screen.
The phone screen was scheduled pretty quickly. I received a response back in two weeks stating they liked me and would like to invite me for an onsite interview. The onsite involved interviewing with five team members. The interview questions were not rocket science.
I received a callback from the recruiter; they liked me and wanted to see if they could find a team. It has been more than two weeks, and I haven't heard anything from them, not even a rejection.
Please improve your hiring process and be professional in informing candidates about the decision.
