- Salesforce is a business-oriented company, so no high tech is present there.
- Some orgs are stuck at Java 6.
- Some engineers have no clue about modern technology.
- A lot of people are hired by referrals, so they all know each other from their former companies.
- Salary is way below FAANG, with no extra RSUs for those who can't sell themselves. You won't get promoted just because you are smart, as all promotions are a political thing.
- Not everyone might understand Indian work culture.
