The process took 2 weeks in total.
I first received a call from the director of the area here in London (CSG), following an internal referral from an ex-colleague.
After this initial screening call, I went for a 1:1 meeting with the director. This meeting was primarily for him to share an overview of the role and for me to discuss my past experience and future aspirations.
Following that, I had three more interviews by phone:
Finally, in the second week, I had to present a business case study to the director, the manager, and the senior technical architect at the office. I was given a document with limited information about a hypothetical client, had 1 hour to study it and prepare a presentation, and then 1 hour to present.
During the presentation, the panel, simulating a real client, asked me typical questions about the recommended implementation approach. I used PowerPoint to create a quick deck and some Xmind mind maps.
What would be the main output of discovery workshops?
