The process took about 6 months:
- A phone HR interview
- A manager interview via Skype
- A recruitment day on-site (2 interviews + 1 practical case)
Everything went smoothly. I always received my feedback on time. Salesforce took care of everything for the trip to Dublin on the last day.
The questions are mainly about the interest one has in the company, why this sector, and especially for this position. Coming from a completely different background, I had to justify my choice in more depth. Salesforce values diversity and different backgrounds, so you shouldn't put up barriers, as long as your choice is well-argued.
